One of the largest and most beautiful markets in France is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lille city center. You can discover all the colorful and local products of the region. Craftsmen and producers will come and exhibit their good and beautiful products. The covered halls are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays they are open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Fine Arts Palace The city's art museum
Just 800 meters from our charming hotel in Lille city center is the Palais des Beaux-Arts. Superb works from different periods will be exhibited: from prehistory, Antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. You will observe paintings from the 16th to the 21st century, drawings and photographs.
A must in Lille Opera
In less than 5 minutes walk, you will be at the Lille Opera. This superb building was built on a former theater destroyed by fire in 1903. Construction began in 1907 and was completed in 1914. The official inauguration was carried out in 1923. Numerous shows are organized there each year.
